Step 2:

Candidate Research

Market research is completed to identify top quality candidates with a dedicated team and robust database.

Step 3:

Qualifying Phase

We'll then attract potential candidates to the new opportunity and pre-qualify them through our internal filters for ideal skills, fit, and interests.

Step 4:

Detailed Qualification

We perform an extensive vetting of the candidate to determine whether or not they should be introduced to the client.

Step 5:

Present Candidate & Interviews

We then present the candidate to the client and facilitate in interview coordination.

Step 6:

Feedback

We'll gain feedback from our client and the candidate to determine how to best move forward.

Step 7:

Background Check & References

Perform a client determined background screening and check references.

Step 8:

Offer Letter Negotiation

We assist in offer negotiations between our client and the candidate, and then assist the candidate with transition to the new opportunity if the offer is accepted.

Terms and Fees:

  • Bloom Partners offers retained searches for mid-level placements within your organization. Exclusive retained searches are secured with a deposit. A partial payment is due to initiate the search.
  • Bloom Partners’ search firm fees are a rate based on the position’s first-year annual salary. Recruiting rates are not based on total compensation making Bloom Partners’ pricing straightforward and transparent.
  • Technical/Skilled Labor – Exclusive / Retained — A deposit of 1/4th of the estimated fee is due at contract signing to initiate the search.
  • Mid-level Management up to Upper-Level Management – Exclusive / Retained — A deposit of 1/4th of the estimated fee is due at contract signing to initiate the search.
  • Management / Leadership – Contingent – No deposit required
  • C-Suite – 25% – Retained
  • Volume Discount — If a client engages and retains BPTS for a search for multiple positions (4+) in a calendar year, there shall be a fee for all placements in the calendar year per placement 
  • We will dedicate our resources (marketing, recruiting team, and guarantee) to you as our client to find and place the right candidate that will fit your culture and structure.
  • We will send a weekly report to our clients for updates on each search.
  • Balance is due within 30 days after the candidate’s official start date.
  • Placement timing is within 90 days, although we typically see 45-60 days for most positions.
  • We verify references by directly contacting former employers/co-workers/clients.
  • We offer criminal background checks, MVRs, credit checks, Alcohol & Drug Testing, and DISC Profile tests at an additional cost upon request but with prior consent from the candidate.
  • We provide (2) 90-day guarantee options ensuring a successful hire. Both options are contingent upon timely payment.

Guarantee options:

  • A: Replacement guarantee – if the candidate is terminated or departs within 90 days of their start date, we will replace them with a suitable candidate for no additional charge
  • B: Rebate period – 12 weeks. If the candidate is terminated or departs within 12 weeks, we will reimburse funds depending on the time of departure:
    • Weeks 1-4: 100% Fee credit
    • Weeks 5-6: 75% Fee credit
    • Weeks 7-9: 50% Fee credit
    • Weeks 10-12: 25% Fee credit
    • Weeks 12+: 0% Fee credit
  • Bloom Partners will provide a 30-60-90-day communication touch with placements for onboarding updates. (ONLY for Retained searches)

Project Recruiting for front-line workers or skilled labor

  • When you come to us to find employees for your business, we discuss your requirements for the job, which may include soft skills, hard skills, experience, and more.
  • Our content team puts together a job description using keywords that highlight the position and then we post them online for you, sending it out to highly-used job sites such as Indeed, Facebook, ZipRecruiter, and over 100 other job boards. This ensures your job makes it to as many eyes as possible.
  • Our applicant tracking system helps us filter out the employees that do not meet your required qualifications and then we pass our recommendations on to you so you can begin the interviewing process.
  • We will give you access to your own job portal to access and review candidates
  • We will submit resumes of candidates who either apply and are qualified or passive candidates who are qualified
  • We can assist in setting up interviews for an additional fee
